The Office of Youth, Young Adult, and Campus Ministries is excited to offer our New Ministry Leaders and Ascend Mentors an opportunity to participate in the Living Your Strengths Seminar, hosted by Bruce Baumann.
The gathering will be held on February 11 from 10am-12pm, via Zoom. For those who are unable to attend this gathering, another session will be held on February 18 from 7-9pm, also via Zoom. Links will be sent to those who register the week of the presentations.
To prepare for this gathering:
Take the CliftonStrengths Assessment. The CliftonStrengths consists of 34 strengths that fall into one of four categories: Influencing, Relating, Executing, and Strategic Thinking. Your assessment will reveal your top 5 Signature Themes. The seminar will discuss how to best leverage your themes to become strengths- to be more engaged at work, more productive, happier, and healthier in your ministry. The cost of the assessment has been covered by the diocese. The link for the assessment and your personal redemption code have been sent to your email.
> Email your results to your mentor. Your results will be a helpful tool for your mentor in your later cohort gatherings.
> RSVP for the gathering by February 2!
