New facilitator Training (english)
On behalf of your parish and the Diocese of Dallas, we want to thank you for saying “yes” to being a small group facilitator for this season of Young Adult Small Groups! Your friends can sign up here on our Young Adult Registration Page to join a group.
Please join us for virtual Facilitator Training that will cover all of the basics: hospitality, icebreakers, moderating conversation, communication with your group, and communication with your small group coordinators.
Following the Facilitator Training, we will be going over some of the specific content that you will be using in your small group. This is very important, as the Season of Lent has some liturgical treasures with which we want you to be familiar before leading your group!
Upon registering, you will be sent the Zoom link to our virtual training.
Schedule:
6:30pm- Training for New Facilitators
7:15pm- Break
7:30pm- Season 3 Lent Specifics (Will be Joined by Veteran Facilitators)
