Ascend Q&A: Part 2

The Ascend Formation videos provide an overview of formation in areas of spiritual, human, intellectual, operational, pastoral, and methodological formation. In these videos, we have compiled the MOST essential information that ALL ministry leaders need to know when serving in parish and school environments. Think of these videos foundation videos, as the formation new ministries leaders receive throughout the year will build upon the foundational concepts taught through the videos.

For 2020, the second 3 videos will be made available on November 16, with the Q&A session on November 19 from 12-1pm. The second 3 videos include the Operational Formation, Pastoral Formation, and Methodological videos. Please reserve an hour and a half to view the videos. They will be made available to new ministry leaders via email. Keep track of questions and items for discussion and bring them with you to the Q&A.
